Job Title - Business Development Manager - Delhi NCR

Job Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the North region. Analyze data to develop insights and strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue potential clients by networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging existing connections. Develop a robust pipeline of leads and convert them into longlasting partnerships.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and requests.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the internal teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and solutions tailored to clients' requirements. Ensure proposals align with company capabilities and competitive market offerings.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives. Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and take proactive measures to address challenges.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and alignment in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and explore new market segments, niches, and geographical areas for potential expansion. Propose and execute strategies to tap into untapped markets.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business development progress. Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the interior products industry.
  • Strong network of contacts and relationships within the North region's business community.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience. (Preferable
  • Interior products, Faucet industry ,Building Material)
