Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


Administrative Support:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing and organizing sales documents and reports.

Manage and maintain accurate customer records in the system.


Order Processing:
Process and track sales orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Handle inquiries and provide support to clients regarding order status and product information.


Communication and Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.

Facilitate communication to ensure a smooth flow of information between teams.

Provide exceptional customer service and address customer queries promptly.


Sales Support:
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.

Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.


Qualifications:
Previous experience in a sales coordination or administrative role preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.


Education:

Bachelor's degree.


Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
