Description
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues, inquiries, and concerns.

Assist customers in troubleshooting technical problems and guide them through appropriate steps to resolve issues.

Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer questions and concerns.

Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Proactively identify trends in customer inquiries and recommend improvements to products/services and support processes.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

Continuously improve customer support skills through training, self-learning, and feedback.


Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Proven experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and support tools.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.

Empathetic and patient approach to handling customer concerns.

Basic technical knowledge to troubleshoot and guide customers on software/hardware-related issues.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong time management and organizational skills.
