Your Responsibilities will include:

Handle inbound calls from customers and clients:
Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions:
Maintain good customer relations:

Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data:
Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries This is a 24/7 support:
Five-day working with Two days rotational offs
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
₹12, ₹40,000.00 per month
