Job Description:

As a Business Agility Coach, you will work in an international team together with Coaches, Solution Train Engineer & Agile Masters in Scaled Agile Setting having following responsibilities,

Increase business value by improving the technical agility by delivering faster, reducing reaction time for incidents
Coaching Solution Trains / Portfolio Epics, Product teams and agile transformation stakeholders
Shaping the transformation framework for achieving business value
Define and implement metrics, performance indicators around business agility that will drive the success of the initiative
Design & deliver trainings in Agile methods & coaching skills
Guiding the stakeholders on the Customer Centric, Solution demo culture, Inspect & Adapt
Improve the crossportfolio collaboration and transparency with stakeholders
Contribute to the agile transformation in the organization and support the introduction of a new agile mindset and methods

Qualifications:

5+ years experience as Coach in large scale agile transformation (Agile Coach, STE, RTE, OKR Champion)
Experienced in Scaled Agile Framework
SAFe and other popular Agile practices and frameworks (eg., Scrum, Kanban)
Provide practical guidance on
DevOps implementation enabling continuous delivery pipelines
