Data Entry Operator (E-Commerce)

The data entry and operations executive will be tasked with supporting production operations and collecting & entering data into various systems.

Responsibilities:

Required for E-commerce product upload.
Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan.
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.

Requirements:

1-3 years experience in a relevant field.

Qualification:
Graduate/Diploma/Polytechnic.

Good command of English.
Must have good communication in English
Sound knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
Proficient touch typing skills, 30-35 wpm preferred.
Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
