Responsibilities:


  • Assess patients' health conditions and needs
  • Develop and implement patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor and document patients' progress and response to treatments
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide coordinated care
  • Educate patients and their families about health and wellness
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient medical records
  • Ensure quality of care and compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Stay current with advancements in nursing practices and treatments

Requirements:


  • High School, Diploma ,BSc or MSc in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Valid nursing license
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Compassionate and patientfocused approach
