Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Develops and delivers content on product and process to train internal FFT teams and field trainers
years (Preferred experience in Background of R&D, Product Development, tech Hub | Hands on experience in passenger / Small commercial Vehicle Space.

  • 2.Train the Trainer (Retainers / Cluster) on basic understanding of global processes like CSI & SSI and significance of each parameter.
Process - Need analysis and objection handling on both personal and commercial segment products through roleplays, case study analysis, group discussions etc

  • Product
  • Products features & Benefits (both Personal & Commercial segments), Auto Basics and advanced Auto Technology using ILT as well as LMS courses
  • 3. Skilling of all Retainer & Cluster Trainers
Process facilitation, implementation and review of different processes at dealership level

  • Product
wise Sales Stories, 6 Step DEMOs and Test Drives

  • 4. Builds content and imparts training in the areas like EV's, Engine & Power Train, Vehicle Systems, Hybrid Technology, Multiplex Communication system, Engine, Electronics and electrical systems
  • 5. Prepares & monitors IDPs for all Retainer & Cluster Trainers
  • 6. Conducting TTT bootcamp for product launches
  • 7. Designing innovative content to support training programs and certification tools, and also new product launches and existing process refreshes in consultation with Product Planning and Product Development teams
  • 8. Monitor and improve the sales consultants productivity

  • BE, MTech in Automobile engg. + preferred MBA (systems/marketing)

Critical Experience

  • Ability to translate knowledge into learning modules to explain different processes, its steps, significance of key parameters in an easy to understand manner by giving relevant examples.
  • Basic understanding of processes like CSI & SSI
