We are committed to excellence in all aspects of our business, and we need a skilled professional to help manage our financial transactions and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:

Record and manage all financial transactions, including income, expenses, and payroll.

Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.

Prepare financial reports and statements for review by management.

Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting processes.

Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide support as needed.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

Assist with tax preparation and compliance.

Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate funds are available for business operations.

Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance (preferred).
