We have an opening for the position of Receptionist
for a Reputed Client in (the Health Care Industry )
for the Seawoods **location.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Patient Management
- Practo Software Management
- Data Management
- Handling Inbound & Outbound Calls/Messages
- Managing Appointments
- Attend walkin patients
- Patients Registration
- Clinic Calendar Management
- Calendar Management (Sir & Madam)
- Document Controlling
- Handling Payments (cash, card, UPI), etc.
- Generating Invoices
- Post Patient follow up
- Vendor coordination
- Clinic Management
- Patients record management (manual/electronic)
- Stationery
- Expense Management
- Preparing Presentations/Reports
- Meeting Management
- Assist in Health camp/events
- Organizing Clinic/Staff related events
- Handling Practo software efficiently
- Handling Patient's query efficiently
- Clinic Instruments management i.e. functioning of machines
- Obtain patient feedback online
- Generate worksheets
- Income & Expenses / Sir & Madam patients / Faculty Dr's patients
- Daily Manual Accounts Management by closing cash on a daily basis by Sir or Madam
- Managing Staff Payroll
- Organizing Staff birthdays
- Generate various worksheets related to nutrition advisory programs, behavior programs, and cancer programs.
- Update Doctor's contacts frequently
- Consultation
- Check file for investigation, procedure, future follow up
- Daily clinic round morning & evening with Dr. Shruti
- Teamwork
- Social Media Savvy
- Payroll Management
- Arranging Nutrition Advisory, Behaviour & Cancer Program
