Job Role:

  • Handling Legal Notices & Litigation pertaining to RL Business
  • Advising on customer complaints, complaints before Banking Ombudsman
  • Drafting of police complaints and handling FIRs filed against the bank
  • Handling legal queries from branches
  • Handling queries on legal issues pertaining to Opening, Closing and Maintenance of Accounts
  • Vetting of Contracts, MOUs
  • Reviewing the Product Notes and Process Notes for Retail Liabilities function
  • Handling notices from the Statutory Authorities
  • Maintaining Litigation MIS Advising business on legal risk mitigation on day to day basis

Job Requirement:

  • Should be a graduate in Law from a reputed University with a minimum Post Qualification Experience of 35 years in BFSI
