Description

As a Field Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to engage with potential customers in person, establish strong relationships, and drive sales of products or services.

Field Sales Representatives play a crucial role in expanding the customer base, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs, present products or services, and address any inquiries or concerns.

Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of the products or services, emphasizing how they meet the customer's needs.

Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure deals. Work towards closing sales and achieving revenue targets.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty. Provide excellent post-sales support.

Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the sales team and management to adapt strategies accordingly.

Travel: Be willing to travel within the assigned territory to meet clients, attend events, and participate in business meetings.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the inside sales team, marketing, and other departments to coordinate efforts and optimize sales strategies.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated, resultsdriven, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Required:


  • Good in communication.
  • Min 2 year's, of experience.
  • Negotiation skills
  • Encouraging sales of the organization.
  • Own Bike Mandatory

Job Summary

  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • Time: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Good Communication Skills

Location:1304, Shivalik Shilp, Iscon Cross Road, SG Highway, Ahmedabad


Pay:
₹12, ₹27,000.00 per month
