Designation:
Sales Coordinator.

Department:
Sales & Marketing


Reports to:
Sr. Manager Sales Exports


JOB Purpose:

To support in sales operation activities, coordination with suppliers and customers and screening of import and export products information.


Responsibilities:


Primary

  • Checking Exports data on weekly basis for every customer after checking with concern Manager
  • Write and follow up with Local/ Overseas suppliers and customers.
  • Preparing the Cost / purchase sheet and giving to Sales Manager for further action.
  • Preparing report as required by Sales Manager.
  • Making PO checklist after coordination with Sales Manager and sending to Logistics for order processing.
  • Enquiries and quotation entries to be monitored and reported to Sales Manager.
  • Preparing and updating the quotation register customer wise monthly and sending for checking

Salary:
₹23, ₹27,000.00 per month
