As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service and generate sales revenue for the company.

You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues, and upselling products or services to customers.


What you'll do:


  • Resolving customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Upselling and crossselling products or services to customers.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

What you need to have:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous customer service & sales experience preferred* (not required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (highly preferred)**:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Ability of negotiation.


To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well in a team, and have strong sales skills.

You should also have a good understanding of the company's products or services and be able to provide accurate information to customers.

Additionally, you should be patient, empathetic, and able to handle customer complaints or issues professionally.

Salary:
₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
