Primary duties and responsibilities will encompass the following:

Machinery and Equipment Maintenance:

Conduct regular inspections, testing, and maintenance of all machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure their optimal functionality and efficiency.


Troubleshooting and Repairs:

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues in a timely manner and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime and production disruptions.


Preventive Maintenance:
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to prevent breakdowns, extend equipment lifespan, and enhance overall productivity.

Safety Compliance:
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for employees.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repair logs, maintenance schedules, and equipment performance data.

Inventory Management:
Oversee the inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained for timely repairs.

Team Coordination:
Collaborate with maintenance technicians and other departments to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and streamline maintenance processes.

Training and Development:

Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and ensure efficient handling of equipment and machinery.


Budget Control:
Monitor and manage the maintenance budget to control expenses while ensuring effective maintenance operations.

Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the maintenance department and implement relevant measures.

Compliance with Regulations:
Stay updated with industry standards and regulations related to equipment maintenance, safety, and environmental protection.


Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
