Job - Customer Service and Sales Executive (Chat and Calls)

Location - Vasai
Education - Any
Experience - Freshers
Salary - Based on Experience and Skill
Timings - 9am to 6pm

Skills - Fluent English, MS Excel, Tally (Optional)

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Must be very good in English and understand customer problems
Reply to WhatsApp queries, Facebook Instagram Comments.
Convince customer abuot product features and place order on their behalf (Incentive involved)
Respond to customer calls and complaints and co ordinate with team to solve them with given SLA
Admin support to the existing staff

Salary:
₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
