**Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:Conduct targeted research to identify potential clients and industries for our IT services.

Source leads from various channels, including online research, databases, and networking platforms.

Maintain an organized and updated database of leads.


Client Outreach:

Initiate outbound calls to engage potential clients and introduce them to our comprehensive IT solutions.

Clearly articulate our company's capabilities and benefits to prospective clients.

Address client inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.


Needs Assessment:

Engage in consultative conversations to understand clients' business needs and IT requirements.

Qualify leads based on their budget, timeline, and specific project needs.

Collect essential information for effective communication with our sales team.


Appointment Scheduling:

Collaborate with the sales team to arrange appointments with qualified leads.

Ensure seamless communication and transfer of lead details to the sales team.


Follow-Up and Relationship Building:

Maintain regular follow-up with potential clients to nurture relationships and address any concerns.

Update and manage lead interactions in our CRM system.


Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with ongoing campaigns and promotions.

Provide valuable feedback and insights from client interactions to improve lead generation strategies.

  • Proven experience in tele calling or a similar role, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone demeanor.
  • Strong active listening and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with IT services and technology concepts is a plus.
  • Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and capable of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude, particularly when handling objections or rejections.

Salary:
₹8, ₹25,000.00 per month
