Telecaller roles

  • Telecallers are responsible for making calls to prospective clients who have expressed interest in immigration services
  • Telecallers handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients regarding immigration services.
  • They coordinate and schedule appointments as per the Concern of client
  • They may also follow up on pending documents or additional information required by immigration authorities.
  • Telecallers maintain accurate and uptodate client records and information in the immigration consultant's database CRM system.
- responsible for meeting targets, such as generating a certain number of leads or converting inquiries into clients


Salary:
₹8, ₹15,493.91 per month
