For Boys Rotational Shift (Between 07:00 AM to 11:00PM)

Eligibility:
Fresher/ Experienced


Qualification:
HSC/Any UG/Any PG


Languages Known:
Hindi, English (mandatory), Telugu, Malayalam, Kanada


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Executives are required to answer incoming calls from callers for various reasons
- answer inquiries, resolve complaints, requests and provide information.

  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interaction

Job Types:

Salary:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
