Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Conceptualization and Design:

Develop creative concepts and design solutions based on project requirements.
Create visually striking and cohesive designs for print and digital platforms.
Produce a wide range of visual materials, including but not limited to brochures, banners, social media graphics, and website elements.

2.
Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams to understand project goals and objectives.
Collaborate with marketing, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure design aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.

3.

Brand Consistency:

Maintain and uphold brand standards consistently across all design elements.
Ensure that visual communication is aligned with the company's brand identity and values.

4.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficient in industrystandard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance design quality.

5.

Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
Communicate effectively with team members and project stakeholders to provide updates on project status.

Qualifications:

1.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

2.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Familiarity with both print and digital design.

3.

Skills:

Proficient in graphic design software and tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

4.

Creativity:

Ability to think creatively and bring innovative ideas to the table.
Problemsolving skills to address design challenges effectively.

5.

Adaptability:

Ability to adapt to evolving design trends and technologies.
Openness to receiving constructive feedback and making necessary revisions.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month

Job Types:

₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
