Funfirst Global Skillers Pvt. Ltd, on behalf of Bhubaneswar City Knowledge Innovation Cluster Foundation (BCKIC), is seeking experienced and dynamic
trainers for life skills, entrepreneurship, and smart technology to join our esteemed project in Odisha on contract for the period of up to 3 years.

Locations:

Angul, Balasore, Bargarh, Bhadrak, Balangir, Boudh, Cuttack, Deogarh, Dhenkanal, Gajapati, Ganjam, Jagatsinghpur, Jajpur, Jharsuguda, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Kendrapara, Keonjhar, Koraput, Malkangiri, Mayurbhanj, Nabarangpur, Nayagarh, Nuapada, Rayagada, Sambalpur, Subarnapur, Sundergarh.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training programs in alignment with our project objectives.

You will have the opportunity to engage with diverse audiences and contribute to their professional development.

Design and deliver training programs based on project requirements and objectives.
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on topics such as Life Skills, Entrepreneurship, and Basic Computer Courses.
Customize training materials and content to meet the needs of different learner groups.
Assess training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure training initiatives align with organizational goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in training or relevant industry/entrepreneurial role.
Excellent communication and presentation skills and quick learner.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Demonstrated passion for training and development.

Salary:
Commiserating to your experience
