Intern Architect
Nammaspace, a prominent construction company, is seeking a creative and motivated Intern Architect to join our design team.

As an Intern Architect, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our architectural design process, focusing on preparing designs and visualizations for our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry and develop their architectural skills.

Responsibilities:

Design Development:

Collaborate with senior architects and designers to develop and refine architectural designs for various projects, including residential and commercial buildings.

Client Interaction:

Assist in gathering client requirements, understanding their vision, and translating their needs into design concepts that align with their goals and objectives.

3D Modeling and Visualization:

Utilize software tools to create 3D models, renderings, and visualizations to present design concepts effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.

Drafting and Documentation:

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and construction documents that accurately depict design intent, adhering to relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Material and Product Research:
Conduct research on materials, finishes, and building products to incorporate sustainable and innovative solutions into the design process.

Project Coordination:

Collaborate with the project team, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure seamless integration of design concepts and efficient project delivery.

Quality Control:
Assist in reviewing design deliverables, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements and specifications.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture or a related field, or recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in architectural design.
Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other 3D modeling and rendering tools.
Strong visual and spatial awareness, with a keen eye for aesthetics and design details.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively present design concepts and interact with clients and team members.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
Creative thinking and problemsolving skills to develop innovative design solutions.
A portfolio showcasing design projects, including sketches, drawings, and visualizations, is highly desirable.
