Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive training programs tailored to various roles within the hospitality department, including front-of-house, back-of-house, F&B, House Keeping and management.

Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate staff on customer service excellence, industry best practices, safety protocols, and company standards.

Utilize a variety of training methodologies, such as role-playing, simulations, hands-on activities, and multimedia presentations, to engage and effectively train participants.

Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and online resources, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback from participants, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Provide coaching and mentorship to new hires and existing staff, supporting their integration into the company culture and promoting professional development.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in hospitality practices to continuously enhance training content and methods.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals and strategies.

Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and a smooth transition into their roles.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and ongoing learning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Training & Development, or a related field. A combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.

Proven experience working in the hospitality industry, with a deep understanding of various roles and operations within the sector.

Previous experience as a trainer, training coordinator, or similar role, with a track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.

Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring training materials are accurate and up-to-date.

Proficiency in using training software, multimedia tools, and learning management systems (LMS).

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.

Passion for helping individuals learn and grow, with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative learning culture.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address training challenges.

Flexibility to travel to various locations as needed to conduct training sessions.

Salary:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
