Roles and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:
Setting up accounts receivables processes and policies on and responsible for follow ups, timely escalation

and ensuring adherence of the policy

Daily / Weekly / Monthly review with finance and sales team to ensure collection targets are achieved

Ensure customer accounts are scrutinized and reconciled at regular intervals.

Identify causes for non-payment and communicate problems for corrective action to be taken.

Continuously work to improve AR processes through technology or quality improvements resulting in

cost/process efficiency or productivity enhancement.

Be involved with or lead special projects as time or capabilities allow to simplify and automate day-to
- day activities.

Responsible for month end MIS related work.
