Job Overview:


Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Scheduling:


  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

Client Communication:


  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing queries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Gather and document client requirements, translating them into actionable tasks for the development team.

Team Coordination:


  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals and deadlines.

SDLC Management:


  • Oversee all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, from project initiation to deployment and maintenance.
  • Implement agile methodologies and best practices to optimize project workflows.

Risk Management:


  • Identify potential project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and manage project risks throughout the development process.

Quality Assurance:


  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of deliverables.
  • Implement processes to maintain highquality standards in project deliverables.

Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and client communication records.
  • Ensure all projectrelated documentation adheres to organizational standards.

Resource Allocation:


  • Allocate resources effectively, balancing workloads and ensuring optimal productivity.
  • Identify and address resource constraints to prevent project delays.

Budget Management:


  • Work closely with the finance department to manage project budgets and expenses.
  • Monitor project financials and report on budget status to stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:


  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in project management.
  • Implement lessons learned from previous projects to enhance future workflows.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team coordination.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with agile development practices.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Pay:
₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month
