Are you passionate about automobiles and skilled in the art of sales? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the thriving automobile industry.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of our exceptional range of vehicles.

Your ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and close deals will be essential to your success in this role.


Responsibilities:


Customer Engagement:
Engage with prospective customers in a courteous, professional, and knowledgeable manner. Provide information about our vehicles, features, and benefits while actively listening to customers' preferences and requirements. Also do the cold calling.


Consultative Selling:
Utilize a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and match them with the appropriate vehicles from our inventory. Tailor your sales pitch to highlight the features and benefits that align with customers' preferences.


Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including specifications, pricing, financing options, and available add-ons. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to effectively communicate value propositions.


Lead Management:
Manage and nurture leads from various sources, including walk-ins, inquiries, and referrals. Follow up with potential customers to provide additional information, schedule test drives, and guide them through the sales process.


Demonstrations and Test Drives:
Coordinate and conduct vehicle demonstrations, ensuring that customers experience the features and performance firsthand. Accompany customers on test drives, addressing their questions and concerns.


Negotiation and Closing:
Work closely with customers to address objections, negotiate pricing, and facilitate the sales process. Close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company sales targets.


Documentation:
Prepare and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and other relevant information in the CRM system. Complete necessary paperwork for vehicle sales and financing processes.


Networking:

Build a strong network of potential customers within the local community, attending events and trade shows to promote our brand and generate leads.


Collaboration:

Collaborate with the sales team, managers, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.


Continual Learning:

Stay updated on the latest automobile industry trends, competitive landscape, and advancements in vehicle technology to provide informed recommendations to customers.


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in sales, preferably within the automobile industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customerfocused attitude with the ability to build rapport and relationships.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Knowledge of vehicle specifications, features, and industry trends.
  • Negotiation and closing skills with attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:
