Roles and Responsibilities:

Understand nontechnical resource requirements proactively.
Collaborate with
hiring managers and department heads to understand nontechnical staffing needs.
Create and implement targeted recruitment plans to meet organizational goals.
Posting job descriptions, as per the client's requirements, on social media, career websites and other job portals.
