Description
Event Planning:
- Research and identify suitable venues and suppliers.
- Collaborate on objectives, themes, and budgets.
- Manage contracts, bookings, and schedules.
- Coordinate logistics, setup, tear down, and registration.
- Oversee marketing and compliance.
- Conduct final inspections.
Travel Coordination:
- Arrange transportation and accommodations.
- Create travel itineraries and handle documentation.
- Address travelrelated issues and emergencies.
Communication and Customer Service:
- Serve as the primary point of contact.
- Provide support and handle feedback professionally.
Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage event and travel budgets.
- Negotiate rates and report on financial performance.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records and assist with reports.
Problem-Solving:
- Address and resolve issues during events or travel.
Technology Skills:
- Utilize event management and travel booking tools.
Post-Event/Travel Evaluation:
- Conduct evaluations for feedback and improvement.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
