What we expect from you

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent
• Experience in Cash Collection, MIS, Provision Calculations and Cash Application
• Experience of working in international environment would be preferred
• Collecting cash from each bucket (Current bucket to >365 Days), should have knowledge to resolve overdue amount in each bucket.
• Knowledge of Revenue & billing functions related to accounts receivable.
• Handling Dispute resolution related to services & their invoices delivered to clients.
• Collaborative approach is must
• Work & communicate with Internal & external stakeholders such as commercial directors, sales managers & sales leads.
• Strong knowledge of how purchase orders & sales order work in OTC process.
• Complete knowledge of Order to cash cycle process as an added advantage.
• Handling 7080 Critical clients individually with high portfolio value.
• Knowledge of handling Invoicing portals for various clients. Tungsten, Ariba & Coupa.
• Good MS-Excel skills and working knowledge of Oracle. Knowledge of using Vlookups & pivot tables for presentation purposes.
