    Role Description:

    • Production, detailing, and verification of Structural/Architectural BIM models and drawings for selected projects within the North American region.
    • Utilizing BIM software and tools to coordinate design documentation effectively.
    • Following the BIM Execution Plan and project workflow criteria diligently.
    • Hands-on experience in BIM design review processes.
    • Leading the development of discipline-specific BIM modeling content for projects.
    • Working on as-built modeling using Revit and point cloud management.
    • Conducting Clash Analysis for projects.
    • Collaborating with other disciplines to address design challenges.
    • Engaging with Arcadis Regional offices/teams to resolve issues and foster strong relationships with project colleagues.
    • Meeting schedule and quality requirements.
    • Exhibiting high-level communication and excellent writing skills.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Diploma in Civil Engineering/BE Civil/ITI Drafting from a recognized University.
    • 8+ years of relevant experience.

    Software Expectations:

    • Proficiency in Revit Structures & Architectural for 3D model/drawing preparation.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
    • Revit Family creation.
    • Navisworks Manage.
    • Autodesk Recap.
    • Proficiency in MicroStation (additional advantage).
    • Proficiency in AECOsim Building Designer (additional advantage).
    • Familiarity with Rendering tools (additional advantage).
    • Knowledge of Design Automation (additional advantage).
