Primary Responsibilities of a Placement Officer / Executive

:

The individual will perform the following operations:

Overall responsibility of achieving placement targets for the centres under them
Identify opportunities national and local as per his centre's requirement
Ensure periodic / timely update of placement portals
Constant research on job trends to gather specific information about employers' requirements
Regularly attend meetings with employers and built relationship on the basis of feedback
Maintain close liaison with relevant industry / government bodies

The individual must also display the following characteristics / skills / competencies:

Passionate to help students succeed professionally
Possesses strong networking skills to coordinate with potential employers
Knowledge of
Govt. skill development projects specially DDU-GKY/PMKVY/PMKK etc.
