Online Sales Associate (WFH)
Working Days:
Monday to Saturday
Job Timing - 9:00 Am to 6:00 PM
Job Summary:
This position offers the flexibility of working from home while actively contributing to our sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct product presentations: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our ERP solutions to prospects via online presentations or video calls.
- Understand customer needs: Listen attentively to customer requirements and tailor the software solutions to address their specific needs.
- Handle objections: Address customer concerns and objections with persuasive arguments and relevant information to overcome objections and gain their confidence.
- Negotiate and close deals: Utilize your strong closing skills to negotiate pricing and contract terms, ensuring the successful conversion of leads into sales.
- Maintain customer relationships: Foster longterm relationships with clients, providing excellent postsales support and addressing any issues or inquiries promptly.
- Stay updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and the evolving needs of the education sector to effectively position our solutions in the market.
- Sales reporting: Document and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions accurately within the company's CRM system.
Requirements:
Previous sales experience:
Minimum of 1 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the software industry or educational sector.
Strong closing skills:
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
Excellent communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively present and articulate the benefits of our software solutions.
Self-motivated and proactive: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks to achieve sales goals.
Technical aptitude:
Familiarity with software systems, preferably ERP solutions, and the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
Customer-oriented mindset: Dedication to understanding customer requirements and providing outstanding service to meet their needs.
Resilience and persistence:
Ability to handle objections, setbacks, and rejection while maintaining a positive and determined attitude.
Home office setup:
A quiet home office space with reliable internet connectivity and necessary equipment to perform remote sales activities.
Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
