Job Purpose
Responsible for implementation of Onboarding process including correct generation of digital CAFs.

Ensure CPOS database updation as per DoT/TRAI requirements and relevant scripts during onboarding process. Also responsible for driving customer onboarding experience scores.

Key Accountabilities / Key Result Areas

Data base updation of new sale and immediately make available details for approval to the partner teams. Help in driving minimum standard targets
Generation of Digital CAFs with all fields and POS details as per TERM requirements
Partner with sales team to have all POS details captured correctly
Drive experience scores across all modes of onboarding
Reduction of financial disincentive related to FTA process

Core Competency:
Capabilities to influence cross functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders for timely delivery of requirements

Knowledge:
understanding of CPOS and other IT and NW elements along with understanding of database requirements

Experience:
Customer Lifecycle Mngt experience

Qualification:
Graduation/Post Graduation/MBA
