Future of work :
Mandate 2

Under mandate 2, Employees will work remotely through the year and will have a mandatory regrouping once in a quarter where they will come down to Bangalore for a quarterly meet-up.

**Incase of extremely critical projects, employees will be requested by the BU head to come down to office during which employees are expected to oblige.

Roles & Responsibilities:

SQL proficiency
has good prior practical experience of working on SQL and is able to run, edit/ modify queries as per requirements; Is able to interact with analytics teams to solve any problems related to SQL queries, understand databases etc.-
Responsible for data reconciliation and reporting financial numbers
daily/ weekly/ monthly etc.-
Responsible for analyzing, monitoring the transactions, detecting gaps in processes-
Responsible for streamlining the reporting processes
by creating trackers, automating daily reports using excel/ SQL etc.
Ability to meet strict deadlines and deliver the result
Support with adhoc analysis on projects

Desired Skill:

Graduate/ MBA preferably prior experience of 12 years
Knowledge of database management system
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Effective communication skills

Strong problemsolving skills
