Position : Scrum Master

5 yrs

Total Exp : 8+ yrs
Notice Period : Immediate 30 Days
Basic Qualification : B.Tech/BE (Computer Science/IT/Mechanical) or BCA/MCA or B.Sc
Primary Skillset : CSM, Basic understanding of DevSecOps, AWS & techonologies, Data pipeline, Hana, Mainframe, APIs & modern technologies
Certified Scrum Master scrum certification (from Scrum Alliance or Scrum, Inc.)
Hands on in Agile Tools like Jira, Rally, Confluence, ServiceNow.
Knowledge on industry best practices in Agile such as lean/ VSM/ DevOps.
Tracking and monitoring metrics for the team with a focus on improving outcomes, team's performance, happiness, and quality

Skills & Experience

Agile Methodology, AWS Organizations, Azure, Data Pipelines, DevOps, GitLab CI/CD
