Your Role and Responsibilities

  • The Guided Buying SME role Transformation. It involves management of the Kyndryl Guided Buying user experience in SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass as well as Hands Free solutions.
  • As SAP Ariba Source to Pay Solution is deployed across Kyndryl globally, the SME plays a key role in the simultaneous deployment of Guided Buying in those regions and as well as the migration of Kyndryl Hands Free solutions to the new platform.
  • Once S2P has been deployed in a region, the product owner drives workload reduction with aggressive buy channel deployment to support hands free / no touch buying and continuous improvement of Guided Buying.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Solid procurement process knowledge, specifically, experience with eSourcing and use of sourcing project templates.
  • Experience with catalog processing.
  • Experience with template administration.
  • Experience working with data models and data relationships.
  • Strong desire to learn, especially Kyndryl business segments, along with the SAP Ariba product suite.
  • Ability to bring requirements to life in the system via strong communication skills, procurement process knowledge.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Experience with SAP Ariba ideal.
  • Experience working with JSON ideal.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work and meet project deadlines.
  • Must be selfmotivated and work well with other groups.
  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required.
