The Role / Summary:


The Moody's People Team is on a mission to further cultivate a work environment in which all employees are provided the tools and technology required to thrive, grow, and perform their best work in a changing working world.

The Employee Experience role will be a key member of the Employee Experience team who will work closely with People Team leadership and Moody's People Team members to intentionally design an exceptional Moody's experience that best incorporates People trends, employee engagement best practices, and emerging technologies and collaboration tools.

This role will report directly into the Global Employee Experience Leader.


Responsibilities:


  • Continue to advance the Employee Experience agenda and action plan that supports our multiyear Talent Strategy and Employee Experience plan
  • Partner with colleagues across the Talent Strategy & Employee Experience Team to support the design and execution of People strategies and solutions that incorporate employee experience, including remote/ hybrid working, wellbeing, career development, recognition, engagement and retention
  • Attend various business team meetings to maintain a pulse on business and employee needs, and communicate employee experience programs and initiatives ensuring flawless execution
  • Analyze people data and emerging trends (through research) to inform organizational decisions and ensure that Moody's is building healthy, agile, humancentered teams
  • Collaborate with People Attraction and Development leaders to identify strategic opportunities to accelerate and cultivate the attraction, retention, and development of team members
  • Support the execution of engagement feedback loops including employee roundtables, surveys, and analytics
  • Be comfortable influencing, communicating, and managing key stakeholder.
  • Act as a people advocate, change champion, and relationship builder

Qualifications:


  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent
years of experience in Human Resources or related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in onetoone and team settings
  • Ability to think creatively, design and execute processes from scratch
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, dynamic, and fastpaced environments
  • Expert PowerPoint and presentation skills; experience building executivelevel decks
  • Experience contributing to the design of an HR strategy that sets clear talent priorities and actions that result in highly engaged people, operating in a hybrid culture
  • Ability to recommend databacked best in class HR solutions

Preferred:


  • A passion for rethinking our relationship with work and our organizational culture
  • Understanding of new employment and workforce models and the impact of emerging technologies on the workplace and employees
  • Ability to craft relevant and compelling storylines and messages for a variety of different audiences
  • Ability to think creatively and drive innovation to address complex people questions
  • Advanced Excel skills
