The Responsibilities of the DMS include the following:

Overall coordination of Medical Services.
Liaise with Consultants in respect to patient care.
Ensuring of Infrastructure availability.
Day to day functioning of the Hospital.
Suggest changes for improvement of patients care.
Implementing hospital policies.
Recruit, supervise and review performance of all Medical employees after selection.
To scrutinize the statistics of the hospital and look in to the areas needing improvement.
To be exofficio member all the committees.
To serve as liaison officer and to channel all official communications.
Is responsible for providing support and resources for proper functioning of hospital wide quality improvement activities.
To provide support, directions, and or assistance for resolution of problem to improve care or services needed.
To attend and participate in meeting, convocations, conferences and other

such functions as may be decided by the governing body.

To be responsible for the maintaining of all assets and equipments of the institution.
To supervise the safe custody of all the documents, records reports and files in the long term interest of the hospital.
To chief functionary and to be responsible for the statutory requirements on behalf of institution.
To perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Pay:
From ₹90,000.00 per month
