TEAM:


_**SITA's Sales and Business Development teams work with our airline customers to understand their objectives, and maps this to SITA products and solutions which can help them achieve their goals.


_


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

_

The lifecycle of delivery of solutions to our customers is as follows:


  • Our Customer Solutions team is responsible for developing a detailed solution based on an intimate understanding of these customer requirements, as well as pricing the solution to balance the customer's budget with SITA's profitability requirements.
  • The Project Delivery team will roll out the solution once the customer has agreed to proceed, including the installation of hardware and software.
  • The SITA Global Services (SGS) team is responsible for ongoing maintenance and support of the solution once it has been delivered to the customer.
  • Drive all sales activities as per short
- and long-term objectives.

  • Collaborate and support the (virtual) team involved in account management to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Develop, maintain and execute ongoing Account Development Plans reviews to ensure full alignment, focus and quality on priorities, that all growth potential is identified and addressed; and that all resources are fully aligned and effectively collaborate in achieving their objectives.
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders to identify, develop and implement growth strategies.
  • Manage and build relationships with clients; become the trusted advisor/consultant for them; ensure customer loyalty and highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Build sales pipeline for future growth with close collaboration with Marketing for demand generation; ensuring qualified marketing leads are converted to sales accepted leads for pipeline growth; ensure sales forecasts are accurate and uptodate
  • Work with a virtual team of individuals from Business Development, Solution Design, Commercial Management, Bid Management, Pricing Management functions, etc., effectively delegate and allocate work, achieve highest alignment, morale and engagement; coach/support individuals to support their growth and development
  • Support cash collection related activities by taking lead or resolving commercial issues that may cause nonpayment

EXPERIENCE:

_**- 2023 Graduate/ Recent graduate with less than 1 year working experience

  • A passion for the aviation industry, and a curiosity to understand how IT solutions deployed at airlines and airports make life for travellers more convenient
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
  • A desire to be exposed to many aspects of business, including understanding market trends, developing and delivering presentations, writing detailed solution documents,
  • Preferable from Information Technologies, Engineering, Aerospace, Business Degree background
