Warehouse Operations Executive

Vividartsy (A Brainchild of Uniqstop Private Limited) is looking for a Warehouse Executive to direct receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.

Will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide variety of products.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

Salary: 20 -25k

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in logistics or any related field

2 years of experience

1-year experience in
billing, stock management, etc. Should have hands-on experience in MS Excel & ERP

Roles and Responsibilities

Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with the company's policies and vision
Working with various teams for process implementation.
Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements
Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system
Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc.
Ensure the orders received are dispatched accurately and within specified timelines
Preparing DSR/DR (Daily Sales Report/Dispatch Report) & RTO (Return to Origin) Report.
