efforts. You will be working closely with Marketing and Sales departments & manage all
the social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Quora, Youtube, Whatsapp etc.) plus
Public relations
Accountabilities:
A list of the key responsibilities of the role, detailing what the role is accountable for
a) To develop creative and engaging social media strategies
b) To manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn,
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different
channels
c) Work with internal team (creative and design) to finalize the creative route and
drive execution
d) Work with cross functional teams i.e. content acquistition, internal marketing, and
designers to seek buy-in on plan and drive execution
e) To develop, launch and manage new campaigns
f) Own adoption, engagement and efficiency targets
g) Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click
(PPC) advertising
h) To plan and drive influencer relationships across the social media platforms
i) Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns
j) Do extensive research on the creatives and advertisements that other consumer
brands are creating to draw on best practices
k) Keep up to date with the latest trends in technology and social media, including
researching and evaluating a variety of online social media tools / Platforms.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills:
- Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Experience & Skills:
- 3 Plus years' experience in social media management
- Experience identifying customer need gaps, defining brand identity, developing
compelling positioning/messaging strategy and present complex information
- clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to
priorities simultaneously with mínimal supervision.- Collaborative working style. Must work well in a team environment
- Must have bias for action and strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in social media + PR is highly preferred either at a brand or
- Ability to communicate strongly Hindi and English
