Description

Coordinates or installs, inspects, repairs and maintains the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems in the facility.

Do general repair Jobs. Maintain detailed records of electrical work.

Operates machinery and equipment such as Generators in case of power loss, pumping of water to tanks etc. Operates and maintain the ETP system for more efficient treatment of waste water.

Be able to respond to breakdown situations or emergency maintenance situations with the ability to manage a safe and effective response to isolate, repair and make good the issues identified.

Provide regular feedback to line manager ensuring they are advised of all developments and problems within areas of responsibility.

Develop and deliver effective standard operating procedures and reporting for all main Facilities functions. Ensure all maintenance works are carried out to the highest possible standard.
