  • As a Solar System Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar energy systems. This role requires a combination of technical skills, problemsolving abilities. You will work closely with a team to ensure the efficient operation of solar panels and related equipment.

Installation:
Install solar panels, inverters, mounting systems, and other necessary components according to design specifications and industry standards.

Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning solar panels, checking electrical connections, and inspecting system performance to ensure optimal efficiency.

Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve issues related to solar panel operation, including electrical problems, shading issues, and equipment malfunctions.

  • 4.

Repairs:
Conduct repairs as needed, replacing faulty components, repairing damaged panels, and troubleshooting system failures to restore functionality.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times, including proper handling of equipment, use of personal protective gear, and compliance with OSHA regulations.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and repairs for reporting and documentation purposes.

Customer Interaction:
Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and providing guidance on system operation and maintenance.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other technicians, engineers, and project managers to coordinate installations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure project deadlines are met.

  • Prior experience in solar panel installation, maintenance, or related field is advantageous
  • Valid Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record may be necessary for travel to job sites.
  • Mandatory: Strong understanding of electrical systems, solar energy principles, and handson experience with installation and maintenance of solar panels and related equipment.

Working Days: 6 days (1st and 3rd Saturday off)

  • Timings: 10am to 7pm
  • Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certification in solar energy systems preferred.
