Job Location:
Kochi, Kerala


Key Responsibilities:

Sales:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.

Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential clients.

Achieve and exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets.


Client Acquisition:
Identify and approach potential clients through various channels.

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.

Negotiate and close deals to convert prospects into clients.


Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.

Work closely with clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.


Cross-Selling and Upselling:
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.

Collaborate with the product or service teams to tailor offerings to client needs.


Sales Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, presentations, and proposals.

Provide timely and accurate information to clients to support the sales process.


Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Provide feedback to the internal teams for product or service improvements.


Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.

Generate regular reports on sales performance and forecast.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Should be ready to relocate and work in Kochi, Kerala
  • Should be able to read and speak Tamil fluently.
  • Proven experience in customer service and sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to engage and persuade customers.
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficiency in CRM software or other customer management systems preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new products or technologies.
  • Customercentric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building longterm customer relationships.

Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
