We are looking for a dynamic school principal for ludhiana location who can join in one month time.

Following are the requirements for this role-:

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the school community in alignment with the school's mission and vision.
Oversee the daytoday operations of the school, including academic programs, staff management, and student affairs.
Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes academic achievement, character development, and student wellbeing.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with educational standards, regulations, and policies set forth by relevant authorities.
Lead the recruitment, training, and professional development of teaching and administrative staff.
Implement innovative educational initiatives and programs to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
Act as a spokesperson and advocate for the school within the local community and beyond.

Salary:
₹80, ₹100,000.00 per month
