Job Role:


  • Convert CSR to SR with in one day
  • 2. Provide customer end information to QA for taking CAPA
  • 3. Analyze the customer complaints at customer end and implement solution
  • 4. Guide field service team to resolve customer complaints at site itself.
  • 5. Guide field service team to conduct technical / technological issues at site
  • 6. Attend customer call and initiate closing action
  • 7. Global correction for critical complaints
  • 8. Impart knowledge on products Create trainer for customer and service engineer training programs
  • 9. Provide service communication to field service (AR / GS) on technical / technological modifications

Eligibility:


  • Diploma/B. Tech in Textile Technology
  • Exposure in Spinning Machineries and its Technologies.
