Compliance Executive

Location:

Koramangala 4th Block, Bengaluru (Onsite)

Budget:

3.6LPA

Office Timing:

(6 days) Monday to Thursday 9AM-6:30PM, Friday 9AM to 4PM, Saturday 11AM-2PM

We are seeking a meticulous Compliance Executive to ensure our operations and business transactions adhere to all relevant legal and internal regulations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in risk management and standards within our industry. The primary objective is to guarantee that we operate in a lawful and ethical manner while achieving our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain an effective legal compliance program
Oversee internal controls and ensure adherence to them
Adhere to company policies in accordance with SEBI regulations
Support audit processes to identify weaknesses
Address client issues promptly
Assess compliance risk associated with business activities
Collaborate with external auditors and HR as necessary
Execute crisis management plans in case of compliance violations
Provide education and training on regulations and industry best practices to employees
Stay updated on internal standards and business objectives

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Compliance Executive or in a similar role
Proficiency in risk management
Familiarity with legal requirements and controls
Understanding of legal laws and industry practices
Strong communication skills in English and Kannada
Integrity, professional ethics, and business acumen
Effective teamwork and attention to detail
Experience in SEBI Compliance would be a plus

Education:

Bachelor/Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Finance Management
Any other recognized degree in the legal and finance compliance domain
