Salary:25k-35k

Process
  • Night shift
Exp - 1.5 years of International experience


Requirements:


  • Minimum 1.5 years of international customer service experience, preferably in an account collection or debt recovery process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills to handle customer objections and find appropriate resolutions.

Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the account collection process, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and effective followup on overdue payments and negotiating payment arrangements.

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
