Process

Exp - 1.5 years of International experience

Requirements:

Minimum 1.5 years of international customer service experience, preferably in an account collection or debt recovery process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.
Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills to handle customer objections and find appropriate resolutions.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the account collection process, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and effective followup on overdue payments and negotiating payment arrangements.

Salary:
