Customer Service Representative(Account Collection Process)

Requirements:
- Minimum 1.5 years of international customer service experience, preferably in an account collection or debt recovery process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.
- Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills to handle customer objections and find appropriate resolutions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the account collection process, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and effective followup on overdue payments and negotiating payment arrangements.
