Roles & Responsibilities:
- Customer relationship administration
- Meeting Customer's expectations / targets / metrics / Key Performance Indicators
- Usage of the Customer's tools / Follow up of the Customer's processes & procedures
- Management of all incoming requests / orders
- Management of the backlog (orders and orders related requests)
- Addressing all written / verbal requests and complaints received from the Customer
- Process improvements proposals / implementation
- Manages Customer relationship through providing daily operational support
- Keeps Customer informed of progress at all stages
- Processes all the order management requests in a timely manner and according to the Customer's instructions / procedures
- Action Sales Orders by following step by step processes documented in provided SOPs
- Sends purchase orders to Customer's vendors / suppliers, asking for acknowledgements and delivery Confirmations.
Qualifications:
Graduate/Others.

Mandatory Skills:
- Computer (internet, MS Office package)
- Good command of English (both written & spoken)
- Enterprise Resource Planning system (basic knowledge)
- Contract management systems & tools
- Customer relations management / contract management / supply chain / logistics
- Very good verbal & written communication skills
- Rigorous and accurate working style
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree
