Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute procurement strategies to fulfill the company's operational needs while achieving cost objectives.
Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on criteria such as quality, cost, reliability, and delivery capabilities.
Conduct thorough quotation comparisons and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and cost savings.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand their purchasing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
Manage the procurement process for a variety of materials including automotive components, stationery, tools, and other supplies.
Create and maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, supplier agreements, and purchase requisitions.
Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular evaluations to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
Resolve supplier issues and disputes promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions to operations.
Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization within the procurement function.
